This winter you have been even more generous than last year! We sold nearly 400 scarves and T Shirts in the busy period up to Christmas. This has meant that, so far, we’ve been able to distribute 100 to the Birmingham SIFA Fireside work with homeless people and another 87 have gone out through the Soup Run in Birmingham City Centre and direct to other contacts.

We will be distributing around 100 T Shirts over the next few months.

For the first time we will be in the position to be able to buy scarves ready to give out at the beginning of next winter rather than having to wait until we’ve made sales and then distributing over the later part of the season. Look out for news of how they’ll be distributed.

Last Friday over 30 scarves were given out at the Birmingham City Centre Soup Run to homeless people coming for food. A small way of helping them to keep warmer as the temperature drops.

Tonight another 18 scarves were given out at the Birmingham Soup Run.

Another 70 scarves have been delivered to SIFA Fireside today. The photograph shows SIFA Fireside’s PR/Fundraiser, Sr. Sabina presenting Paul and Clare, who are both sleeping rough, with TwoToo scarves. They were glad of the scarves, given the present weather.

It’s been a busy fews weeks! We have now sold approx 250 scarves so far this winter. As well as 30 being distributed before Christmas, more will be distributed via the Soup Run over the next fews week. 83 were given away through a Christmas Party for the elderly organised by a great bunch of pupils at Five Ways School, Bartley Green, Birmingham.
